A letter from our founder…

With a career spanning over 35 years, I've collected what some might consider a bucket list worth of experience. From becoming one of Canada’s first women to hold the North American Green Industry certification for business management excellence to founding, managing and selling Water's Edge Landscaping. I've received 25 Provincial Awards of Excellence and I've held the positions of director, executive committee treasurer and VP on several boards, and chairing just as many (if not more) committees. 


I continue to write a monthly business management column (130+ published articles to date!), manage the Prosperity Partners program and Peer to Peer Network for Landscape Ontario, and work with many different entrepreneurs one-on-one, to improve strategy, profit, team retention and their leadership bench-strength.


And through it all, I've kept the CBH core values close to my heart: Clarity. Wisdom. Momentum​​​​​​.

You see, I began my career walking in the shoes of an incredibly passionate and persistent business owner that worked way too many hours and beat myself into the ground doing so.

I know what it's like to find that success, of building a brand and getting the momentum in the business...and then realizing I needed to figure out what to do with it!

In managing a large staff and seven-figure sales, I became an expert at evaluating systems, tweaking efficiencies for profit and creating right-fit company culture.

Since then, I've made it my mission to teach dedicated entrepreneurs how to work smarter, with the clarity, perspective, empathy and pride they need to succeed professionally and personally.
